Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The individual intending to be a member should be a citizen of India.
  • The individual needs to submit mandatory documents, either of mentioned below:
    • PAN Card
    • Aadhar card

Code of Conduct (Member’s Obligations)

  • ADIF may use a member’s name and logo on the website of ADIF or social media posts or print media or electronic media as a ‘Member of ADIF’.
  • Any member, other than the Executive Committee member or designated Advisory Council member shall not make any statement about or on behalf of ADIF either on public forums or in private conversations with ADIF non-members.
  • Only Patron members will be eligible for invitations to AGM meetings.
  • The Member will provide complete and accurate information on the Membership Application at the time of submission. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect at any stage, the membership shall be liable to cancellation/termination without prior notice or any compensation in lieu thereof or any refund of the membership fee.
  • The Member will communicate updated information through email to ensure that it remains complete and accurate. In particular, the Member will promptly update any change in its email contact address.
  • The Member will comply with the obligations of Members in the Foundation’s Articles of Association.
  • Member consents to the use of its information in the Application for regulatory purposes.
  • The Member consents to communication by electronic means to its email contact address.
  • Information disclosed and decisions made by the ADIF in meetings will be kept confidential by members.
  • Members should exercise their voting rights in accordance with the laws and regulations of ADIF.
  • Members shall attend each committee meeting to which they are invited by the Executive Council/Executive Director of ADIF. Prior intimation shall be given to the Executive Director if the member cannot attend a meeting.
  • In the committee meetings attended by members, they should –
    • Behave in a civil, respectful, and courteous manner
    • Make an effort to preserve a positive environment
    • Refrain from using anger, rudeness, ridicule, obscene or profane language, impatience, and lack of respect
